BitFrameWorks, now with AI services

We are excited to announce that BitFrameWorks now offers a dedicated AI services practice. For years we have helped teams build robust line-of-business software on .NET; today we are bringing that same engineering discipline to artificial intelligence. The goal is simple: production-grade AI that ships, not demos that impress in a meeting and break in the field.

Our new offering spans the full lifecycle. We help you choose the right model for the job, wire up retrieval-augmented generation against your own knowledge bases, and design agentic workflows that take real action across your systems. Every engagement starts with your data and your constraints — cost, latency, privacy — and works backward from the outcome you actually need.

We are deliberately opinionated about reliability. AI features are only useful when they are observable, testable, and grounded in sources you can audit. That means citations, guardrails, and evaluation harnesses baked in from day one. If a model cannot answer with confidence, it should say so — and our integrations are built to make that the default behavior, not an afterthought.

If your team is wondering how to move from experimentation to something customers can depend on, we would love to talk. AI services are available now, and we are taking on a small number of early partners to make sure every engagement gets the attention it deserves.
